As Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead proposal development from start to finish, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
  • Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings, schedules, and deadlines to keep projects on track.
  • Manage all phases of procurement (LOIs, technical responses, presentations, pricing).
  • Develop and maintain resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
  • Edit and refine documents for clarity, grammar, style, and content.
  • Support client interviews and presentations, including preparation and rehearsal.
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing department operations.
  • Attend pre-proposal meetings, debrief sessions, and industry conferences as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in A/E industry marketing.
  • A strong understanding of proposal development processes for public agencies.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Acrobat (Word, PowerPoint, Excel required).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, or a related field (relevant industry experience may substitute for a degree).
