PIC is a full-service marketing agency helping B2B companies grow through smart strategy and digital execution. We’re looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist to join our team. We believe in investing in someone who is motivated and willing to learn.  


You’ll collaborate with a team of supportive, experienced marketers, helping clients reach their goals through data-driven ads on Paid Social and SEM. This is an opportunity to develop your skills though on the job experience. 


Paid Media Responsibilities : 

  • Help launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid media
    platforms
     
  • Write ad copy, research keywords, and assist with targeting strategies 
  • Analyze performance data with tools such as Hubspot and GA4 
  • Collaborate with developers, designers and strategists 
  • Take part in trainings and earn industry certifications 
  • Integrate AI into your work and be open to the future opportunities it affords 


What We’re Looking in a Paid Media Specialist: 

  • A quick learner with strong attention to detail 
  • Naturally curious and always looking to improve 
  • Honest, direct and able to be accountable 
  • Problem solving mentality 
  • No previous agency experience  


Paid Media Specialist Compensation: 

Starting pay between $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on your knowledge and experience. 

  • Semi-monthly paycheck
