JOB SUMMARY
The Online Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing department, bridging the gap between sales and marketing efforts to enhance the promotion and sales of new homes.
This individual will serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, managing online leads, and following up to guide them through the initial stages of the sales process to appointment with the Community Sales Manager. Additionally, the role involves coordinating marketing efforts, including the listing of homes, creation and distribution of marketing materials, and supporting Community Sales Managers with their promotional needs.
