DescriptionReybold is a growing Construction and Property management company currently looking for a curious and highly resourceful Marketing Assistant to join our small but mighty marketing team. This isn't a role where you'll sit in a lane — you'll be a connector, a researcher, a content contributor, and a day-to-day engine that helps keep our marketing operation moving across a wide variety of business lines.
If you're the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about discovering an insight, loves crossing things off a list, and doesn't mind getting your hands into messy data or a half-baked idea — this role was written for you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Research & Intelligence
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to inform campaign strategy and positioning across our multifamily, self-storage, manufactured housing, and retail portfolios
- Gather and compile performance data from ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.), social media, Google Analytics, and other sources into usable reports
- Track local real estate trends, new development activity, and demographic shifts relevant to our markets
- Monitor and summarize industry news, marketing trends, and best practices across the real estate and property management space
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a bridge between marketing and our leasing, construction, manufactured housing, maintenance, and executive teams — gathering information, relaying updates, and ensuring campaigns stay aligned with ground-level realities
- Help document institutional knowledge from ongoing development launches, leasing initiatives, and new community openings
- Assist in coordinating vendor relationships — photographers, designers, signage companies, media partners — keeping projects on track and on budget
Data & Storytelling
- Pull and organize data from multiple sources to help tell the story of our marketing performance
- Assist in building simple dashboards, reports, or presentations that translate numbers into actionable insights for leadership
- Support our review management efforts across platforms, helping track sentiment and escalate issues as needed
QualificationsEducation and/or Experience Qualifications
- Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field — or have 1–3 years of experience in a busy marketing, advertising, or real estate environment
- Are genuinely resourceful: when you don't know something, you figure it out
- Are a strong communicator — comfortable writing clearly, asking good questions, and following up without being asked
- Love digging into data and have a knack for making numbers tell a story
- Are highly organized and can manage multiple moving pieces without things slipping through the cracks
- Are enthusiastic about learning and comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-line-of-business environment
- Have a basic working knowledge of tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, and/or social media platforms
- Are a team player who builds genuine relationships with colleagues across departments
Bonus points if you have...
- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, RentCafe, or similar)
- Experience with or interest in real estate, housing, or community-focused industries
- Some background in digital marketing, email marketing, or paid social advertising
- Basic data visualization or reporting skills
- Photography or videography experience
- Any level of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
