This role will support the Marketing Team on events, communications, and other related marketing activities to increase lead generation and customer engagement.

Success Factors

Responsibilities

  • Format whitepapers, eBooks, and other publications using pre-built templates
  • Update and revise brochure content as needed
  • Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations
  • Create social media posts and graphics to support events
  • Build, load, and schedule email newsletters
  • Upload and publish pre-written blog posts to the website
  • Manage and update the website event calendar
  • Perform SEO updates to existing blog posts and web pages
  • Create event registration pages using established templates
  • Upload and process post-event contact lists
  • Validate auto-reply email functionality
  • Perform list validation and maintain accurate data updates

Education, Experience and Certifications

  • Experience or studies in Marketing, Communications or Related field; High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • 1-2 years’ experience supporting a Marketing team and executives is a plus
  • Experience with the following platforms: Adobe Design Applications, Canva, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Basic understanding of accounting/finance functions

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and at client offices to access file cabinets, office machinery etc.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external customers as needed
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel to local and non-local clients and events as needed, overnight travel may be required
