Our Marketing Analyst will be primarily responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information about our markets and products or services we offer.  The Market Analyst will monitor market conditions to identify issues and/or opportunities that need to be addressed and present analysis to leadership in a clear and concise manner.


The ideal candidate is a person that enjoys problem solving, critical thinking and has a strong interest in data and data analytics. 

Key Responsibilites include:

  • Data Analysis
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, customer behavior and market opportunities
    • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance
  • Market Research
    • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify areas for differentiation
    • Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
  • Campaign Optimization
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns
    • Utilize A/B testing and other analytical techniques to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Customer Segmentation
    • Segment customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with specific customer groups
    • Assist in the development of customer personas for more effective messaging
  • ROI Analysis
    • Calculate and analyze the return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives
    • Provide recommendations for budget allocation based on ROI analysis
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business objectives 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or a related field
  • Established residency in Pennsylvania
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics or a related role
  • Work experience within the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Google Analytics, DOMO or similar tools
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and written to convey data-driven insights in a clear and actionable manner
