Role Overview:

Are you a globally minded marketer eager to grow your product marketing skills while making an impact across diverse international markets? Do you enjoy collaborating across teams to help shape how new products are positioned and introduced to buyers? If so, the International Product Marketing Associate role at Cantaloupe could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll support the execution of our product marketing strategy across the UK, EMEA, and LATAM regions. You’ll help localize messaging, contribute to regional awareness campaigns, and assist with the integration of newly acquired companies. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone with early experience in product or digital marketing who is eager to deepen their skills and grow into owning launches. You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and international teams to shape compelling go-to-market efforts for each region.

Responsibilities:

  • Support go-to-market planning and execution of Cantaloupe’s international product offerings. 
  • Coordinate international product launches in partnership with the broader product marketing team, adhering to set timelines and goals.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and assets that grow awareness and generate leads in target international regions, collaborating with the in-country sales teams for inputs, feedback and ideas.
  • Help promote and integrate newly acquired companies in international regions, developing marketing materials and messaging that reflect their value within the broader Cantaloupe brand.
  • Manage deliverables with our international trade publications including customer success stories, spotlight articles, and industry articles for thought leadership initiatives. 
  • Oversee the development and creation of our video and photoshoots tailored to the international campaigns where we need to develop more digital content. 
  • Support our international events by developing the marketing campaigns to drive awareness, booked meetings and post-show follow ups. 
  • Translate product features into clear, localized value propositions that resonate with operators, partners, and prospects in target markets.
  • Create and adapt marketing materials including product datasheets, sales decks, email campaigns, landing pages, and presentations.
  • Conduct regional market and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and cultural preferences.
  • Help develop and maintain internal sales enablement tools such as talking points, battlecards, and objection handling guides.
  • Track the performance of international launches and campaigns, reporting insights and suggesting improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or related roles (B2B or SaaS experience preferred).
  • International or cross-cultural marketing experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Comfortable working across global time zones and with diverse teams.
  • Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Canva, Monday.com is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.


Location: 

Near Atlanta, GA or Malvern, PA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office); Remote (optional based on right candidate)

In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role for candidates who reside in the following states and localities: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Washington, and the cities of Cincinnati (OH), Jersey City (NJ), and New York City (NY).

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $73,500 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on your skills, relevant experience, and qualifications.
