A pioneering digital platform at the intersection of gaming, Web3, and online communities is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer (User Acquisition + Community) to partner directly with the CEO in launching and scaling Zomvilles. The company is redefining how digital creators, players, and communities connect — blending technology, storytelling, and culture to build the next generation of interactive experiences.
The Growth Marketer will drive user growth, retention, and community engagement across app stores, social channels, and early influencer collaborations. This is a builder’s role: you’ll design and test growth systems from scratch — from creative testing and ASO to lifecycle journeys and UGC programs — working side-by-side with the CEO to define and prove the marketing blueprint that future titles will follow.

What You'll Do
- Growth & Acquisition Foundations
- Plan and execute small-scale UA experiments (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC).
- Report insights directly to the CEO; translate learnings into product and creative direction.
- Lead ASO (App Store + Google Play): titles, keywords, screenshots, icons, A/B testing.
- Partner with the Designer to produce 3–6 ad/social variants per week.
- Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
- Set up onboarding, retention, and win-back journeys in OneSignal.
- Build and monitor retention dashboards (D1/D7/D30).
- Present retention and engagement insights weekly to the CEO.
- Community & Social
- Launch and grow the official Discord community (100+ members target in Stage 0).
- Manage TikTok/Instagram presence (2–3 posts per week).
- Run meme contests, clan highlights, and patch-note drops.
- Coordinate review responses (≤ 24 hours SLA).
- Influencer & UGC Collaboration
- Identify and brief 5–10 micro-creators per month.
- Manage content approvals and repurpose high-performing UGC as ads.
- Use platforms like Collabstr or Modash to scale collaborations cost-effectively.
- Localization & Cultural Adaptation
- Oversee freelance translators for store and creative localization.
- Ensure humor-first tone remains consistent across markets.
- Reporting & Strategy
- Maintain a weekly growth report (CPI, CTR, ROAS, and Retention).
- Recommend next-step experiments and budget adjustments based on data.
- Document all tests (Hypothesis → Result → Action) in the Growth Playbook.
What You Need
- 3-5 years of experience in mobile game marketing or UA.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google UAC campaigns.
- Familiar with ASO (AppTweak, AppFollow, or similar).
- Experience running lifecycle campaigns (OneSignal, Firebase, Braze).
- Strong sense of creative direction and collaboration with designers.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
- Passion for games and humor-driven marketing.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Discord and social community building.
- Background in influencer or UGC marketing.
- Familiarity with roguelike or midcore game audiences.
- Video editing or motion design skills (CapCut, Canva, Figma).
- Experience with localization tools (Lokalise, Crowdin).
- Previous work directly with founders or small indie teams.

- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
