We have a great career opportunity for a (Front office) Customer Communications/Contract Review Specialist to join our team in Lansdale, PA.
Position Summary
The Customer Communications-Contract Review Specialist will be responsible for providing pricing, lead time for quotes to Trescal-US customers in a timely manner preparing, editing/finalizing contract agreements for services, and assessing contract opportunities to identify the need for amendments between Trescal the customers. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality results and data accuracy is provided on all quotes submitted to customers. This role has a reporting structure to Local Branch Manager with dotted line reporting to Regional Customer Relationship Manager.
Essential Functions
• Recall/Erosion recovery
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and issues via all applicable methods of communication, i.e., email, phone, etc. within 24-48-hour time frame.
• Log quote request to send to pricing team
• Obtain information and set up new customers-send information to finance department
• Follow up on quoted items that have not been received within 30 days
• Manage/Verify customer account information
• Initiate corrective/preventative actions and escalate to Regional QA
• Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, issues, and resolutions. (Regional CRM to create One Drive Log)
• Certificate request/amendments
• Work with lab manager on status request, cancellations, and returns.
• Utilize Trescal provided systems as needed to provide, and review services and costs.
• Verify purchase order is aligned with order/customer requirements
• Contact customers to resolve purchase order issues
• Obtain purchase orders/BPO’s
• Communicate requirements and interact effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Accurately document all transactions to customers.
• Stay up to date and learn all facets of the role to maintain and continued expanded knowledge of the business and industry.
• Send Fault reports and update responses
• Process and issue job costing
• Answer phones

Qualifications and Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of experience in a customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience or eagerness to learn company driven CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills and etiquette. Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
• This job may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as some light lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• This job is typically performed in an office setting, Monday – Friday with standard office equipment and noise levels. Remote work structure is unavailable for this role.
