Email Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Analyst to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of our strategic efforts across North America. We are a global leader in business data and analytics that delivers reliable business intelligence to help companies make informed decisions and grow with confidence.

This role is hybrid onsite 2 days per week in Allentown, PA

Job Duties:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social media channels.
• Run automated email marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on strategy and execution.
• Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities for new campaigns and ensure alignment with sales goals.
• Manage targeted advertising and content strategies across social media platforms.
• Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Use marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Ideal Background:

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with an emphasis on running email campaigns.
• Strong in marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in decision-making and takes initiative.
• Builds relationships effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated with a desire to take full ownership of projects.
