Communications Specialist

At PPL Corp, we are looking for an experienced and creative Communications Specialist to join our team and help us deliver engaging content that effectively promotes our services and products. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for producing and distributing content, managing our social media presence, and creating public relations materials.The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent writing skills, a creative eye, and a deep understanding of the media landscape. The successful applicant should also have a strong understanding of public relations and communications strategies, and the ability to build relationships with the media and other stakeholders.If you have a passion for communications and a desire to help PPL Corp. reach its goals, then we want to hear from you!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProduce content for promotional materials, including press releases, website copy, brochures, and newsletters.\n\nManage PPL Corp.'s social media presence, including creating content, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring trends.\n\nDevelop and execute public relations strategies to promote PPL Corp. services and products.\n\nResearch media outlets and build relationships with journalists and other media contacts.\n\nMonitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns.\n\nCreate reports that track the success of PR activities and identify areas for improvement.\n\nWork with the marketing team to ensure all communications activities are in line with the company’s overall objectives.\n\nAttend conferences and other events to represent PPL Corp. and promote its services.
