At Dieffenbach’s Snacks, we’re not just making snacks—we’re building something meaningful (and having a little fun along the way).
For more than 62 years, we’ve crafted high-quality products with care, pride, and a commitment to doing the right thing. Today, we’re entering an exciting new chapter. The acquisition of a new manufacturing facility has significantly expanded our capacity and capabilities, fueling growth in our private label and co-manufacturing business and creating new opportunity across our portfolio.
Alongside our kettle chip expertise, we now produce extruded snacks, pretzels, popcorn, and conventional potato chips—opening the door to new customers, deeper partnerships, and expanded offerings for existing customers. To help shape what comes next, we’re adding a new leadership role.
This is not a “keep the lights on” role. It’s an opportunity to build, grow, and lead—alongside customers, with teammates who care deeply about quality and accountability, and within a company that values people just as much as performance.
The Director of Private Brand & Co-Manufacturing Sales leads strategic growth by building long-term partnerships with top retailers and national food brands. This role balances ambitious growth goals with operational feasibility, food safety, quality standards, and exceptional customer service.
You’ll own the end-to-end customer relationship—from first conversation through commercialization and long-term partnership—while acting as a connector across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure products are delivered on time, on spec, and with pride.
