Job Summary

This position will coordinate, implement, and contribute to major college initiatives identified by the Dean by managing multi-departmental projects; monitoring progress on key initiatives via data collection and analysis; developing and executing external communication strategies with the College Advisory Council and community partners; supervising student workers and graduate assistants on projects that include a College newsletter and social media; leading and contributing to planning of College events; and coordinating with colleagues to support other projects through to completion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least two years of experience in higher education
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, InDesign, Adobe suite
  • Experience supervising student workers
  • Experience working with faculty and others in academic affairs
  • Experience with project management

The starting salary range for this position is $67,388.00 - $76,177.00.


This position may be eligible for a flexible hybrid work arrangement, permitting a combination of on-site and remote work, subject to applicable organizational policies, operational requirements, and supervisory approval.
