Note: This position follows a hybrid schedule. Employees must be on-site at the Blue Bell, PA office three days per week, with flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a Director of Marketing and Communications to lead the firm’s strategic marketing initiatives, oversee creative direction, and build brand presence across traditional and digital platforms.
Job Description
The Director of Marketing and Communications will develop and execute the firm’s overall marketing strategy, managing both internal and external resources to drive brand awareness, business growth, and client engagement. This role combines strategic planning, creative direction, and hands-on leadership to ensure the firm’s voice and reputation reflect its core values of compassion and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee overall marketing goals, objectives, and budgets
- Manage all media-related vendors, including PR, SEO, digital, and creative agencies
- Oversee production of television, billboard, and online advertising campaigns
- Coordinate, plan, and execute special events aligned with the firm’s strategic goals
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions, scriptwriting, and TV commercial production (including talent coordination and attorney/client appearances)
- Supervise all graphic design projects, publication submissions, newsletters, and firm-wide announcements
- Research and analyze market data for strategic planning and firm positioning
- Manage Google marketing (LSA/PPC) and social media platforms in collaboration with SEO vendors
- Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, interviews, and community engagement
- Supervise a marketing assistant and external media vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Prior experience in a law firm marketing role required; personal injury experience highly preferred
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership and vendor management
- Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills
- Exceptional writing and communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience managing SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and PR initiatives
- Leadership qualities with a collaborative and motivating management style
