Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Analytics Coordinator to support the execution of our paid advertising and digital tracking initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in digital marketing and a strong interest in analytics and campaign performance. You’ll work across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to help implement, monitor, and report on key marketing activities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and running paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Support SEO implementation including meta tags, page titles, and basic on-page optimization
- Set up and maintain tracking in GA4, including pageview and event-level tracking
- Help define and monitor key conversion events using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Create basic performance reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)
- Monitor and summarize campaign results and user behavior for internal review
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tracking and analytics are integrated across WordPress and other CMS platforms
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4)
- Some experience running or assisting with campaigns on Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio is a plus
- Understanding of basic SEO principles
- Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in data analysis
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Google Ads or GA4 certification
- Experience with reporting tools or marketing dashboards
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms
