This position will be responsible for sustaining and expanding relationships with existing and new providers to sustainably increase clinic-specific patient referrals.
Position responsibilities include:
Responsible for building relationships with orthopedic physicians, PCPs, OB GYN, podiatrists to drive new patient volumes from these referral sources
Develop relationships with each physician’s key office staff including front desk, office managers, referral coordinators, PAs/NPs, case managers, discharge managers, etc.
Identify new referral source opportunities in assigned territory
Complete daily calls and visits to new and existing referral sources
Facilitate introductions between referral sources and clinicians
Plan and execute referral lunches & meetings, webinars, virtual events and demonstrations to further strengthen relationships with key referral sources
Update CRM tool daily to track activities, follow-up visits and information for each referral source
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or health-related field or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of outside sales experience preferred
Healthcare related background highly desirable
