Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in PR, social media, and content strategy, ideally in an agency or fast-paced consultancy.
  • Proven success in leading and mentoring teams while fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • A track record of crafting impactful PR strategies and securing meaningful media coverage.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, audience engagement, and emerging digital trends.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills and content creation experience across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical abilities to use data for optimization and innovation.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with clients, media, and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, delivering clarity and impact in every interaction.
