The Role

As VP of Performance Marketing, you will own customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid media, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and analytics. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, and analytics to ensure campaigns are high-performing, scalable, and aligned with business goals.


What You’ll Do

πŸ“Š Own Paid Media Strategy – Manage paid search, social, programmatic, and other digital channels to drive qualified leads and revenue.

πŸ“ˆ Optimize the Full Funnel – Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO initiatives to boost conversion rates and lower CAC.

πŸ”¬ Analyze & Scale – Monitor KPIs, develop data-driven insights, and refine campaigns to maximize performance.

πŸ“§ Support Retention & Lifecycle – Collaborate with lifecycle and retention teams to ensure a seamless customer journey post-acquisition.

🀝 Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align performance marketing with broader company objectives.

What You’ll Bring

βœ”οΈ 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B or services-based businesses

βœ”οΈ Proven success scaling paid channels and achieving growth targets

βœ”οΈ Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics

βœ”οΈ Data-driven approach and comfort managing marketing budgets and forecasts

βœ”οΈ Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally

βœ”οΈ Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
