Currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing with a veteran or law enforcement background who brings leadership experience and is ready to take on a full VP role, leading a B2B marketing team focused on driving rapid growth and scaling company valuation.

  • Seeking a strategic, execution-focused marketing leader ready to step into VP-level responsibility. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder/CRO, this high-visibility role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a growing function, build a scalable engine across demand generation, brand, and product marketing, and clearly communicate the company’s mission across all platforms.


The Compensation

  • $140K - $185K Annual Base Salary Range plus Performance-Based Bonus and Options Commensurate with Experience


The Location

  • Preference for candidates based fully onsite at Conshohocken, PA headquarters; hybrid remote option available for non-local CST/EST candidates with regular travel to headquarters required

The Role

  • Conduct comprehensive A/B testing across all digital channels (website, SEO, PPC, paid social, paid search, email campaigns, etc.) to ensure data-driven and evidence-based decision making.
  • Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Build and promote a compelling brand and corporate messaging to generate awareness and marketplace buzz.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in customer retention, partnership strategies, and co-op marketing plans.
  • Communicate daily and frequently across key business units to ensure the company remains aligned with its revenue targets.
  • Create and manage an annual marketing plan, event calendar, and marketing budget.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and implement measurable go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, demonstrations, showcases, and directly with customers, including potential PR and media appearances.
  • Lead and align internal and external marketing team members toward shared goals.
  • Champion the mission to leverage AI gun detection technology to help prevent mass shootings through measurable awareness, adoption, and partner engagement strategies.


The Background Profile

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field; Master’s Degree a plus
  • Prior military or law enforcement experience required
  • 5–15 years of multifaceted experience spanning branding, content marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation
  • Extensive background in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of delivering $3M–$5M ARR growth year over year
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable ARR growth across B2B sales funnels
  • Expertise with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Content/SEO (WordPress, with preferred experience on Kinsta-hosted sites), and Social Media Platforms (X, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Demonstrated success leading diverse, decentralized marketing teams in high-growth startup environments, ideally evolving from hands-on expertise into strategic leadership
  • Ability to be based full-time in Conshohocken, PA office or hybrid remote (only for CST/EST candidates) with regular travel to headquarters
