We are presently seeking full-time UC & Collaboration Analyst I.

The UC & Collaboration Analyst I collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement, support, and maintain GPHA's Unified Communication and Collaboration systems, while providing quality end-user support.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with 2-3 years of IT experience. They need strong planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with proficiency in database management, programming, and troubleshooting. The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and understand customer service center processes and the ITIL framework. Experience with advanced call flow management, project management, Ring Central, SharePoint Collaborate Application, and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
