Job Summary
In this role as Sr. Manager, Omnichannel Marketing & Analytics, you will be responsible for the integrative approach for reaching potential customers across B2B marketing channels, utilizing digital tactics and website best practices to meet business objectives. In this role, you will ensure consistent messaging and personalization when delivering content across the customer’s journey. In parallel, you will leverage data-driven insights and drive continuous optimization of tactics, programs, and dashboards. This role will report to the Director, Demand Generation and Channel Strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation and continuous improvement of Marketing performance reports and dashboards
- Analyze trends and benchmarks to provide actionable insights for campaign and channel adjustments
- Build customer journeys across channels to support campaigns, launches and promotions
- Document best practices for B2B digital/traditional marketing and omnichannel approach
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create, monitor and optimize paid social and search programs to meet the business needs
- Guide external email marketing programs – oversee content, ensure compliance, monitor and optimize
- Create HTML emails for third-party distribution
- Manage external vendors and/or agency(s)
- Provide recommendations based on business priorities for West website enhancements
- Collaborate to develop and utilize website templates and UX/UI principles and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices that align with the business priorities
- Oversight for website design and functionality to meet/exceed industry standards
- Build relationships and nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with internal and external colleagues
- Other duties as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Business in marketing, finance, science or technical or equivalent experience required
Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years of experience in a marketing communications, analytics or digital marketing role
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- An understanding of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical/medical device in global markets and the complexities of working effectively in this environment
- 5+ years’ experience in a B2B setting
- Proficiency in digital marketing with knowledge of LinkedIn, Google, SEO, website best practices and HTML
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to assess and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics
- Understanding of pipeline management and metrics and experience with CRM platforms
- Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
- Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and excellent execution and follow-through
- A customer-first mindset when approaching projects and campaigns (internal and external customers)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Adobe Acrobat
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times
