What You'll Be Doing At D. Luxury

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience buying traditional and digital media
  • Solid understanding of ad formats, segmentation, personas, trends, and platforms in paid media and performance marketing
  • Advanced knowledge working with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center is a must
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Shopping and feed-based marketing campaigns
  • Experience buying media across YouTube, Display, Performance Max and the entire Google media buying suite
  • Understanding of how to segment and target inside digital media channels
  • Experience overseeing paid search campaigns that spend more than $100,000 per month
  • Experience compiling performance reporting for digital campaigns, understanding data, and making adjustments to improve performance
  • Ability to take data and compile reports weekly and monthly for clients using Google Data Studio or comparable visualization tools

Qualifications:

  • Provide media recommendations with supporting rationale and POVs
  • Purchase and place media, optimizing campaign strategy and tactics to maximize campaign results to ensure client goals are achieved
  • Compile competitive research and insights
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and present complex data and strategies on a regular basis
  • Present to clients in a manner representative of the ethos of the agency

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Organized with ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working on paid social, search, display, online video, and existing as well as new platforms and technology
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills / experienced and comfortable interfacing with clients
  • Strong deck-building and report/dashboard capabilities
  • Constant focus on outcomes and solutions
  • Desire to learn and grow within our department, our clients, and yourself
