ABOUT THE ROLE

Cadia Healthcare operates five skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the greater Delaware area. We are looking for a driven, creative Social Media & Reputation Manager to build and lead our digital presence from the ground up — across all five buildings.

 

This is not a desk job. You will travel to each healthcare facility, film videos on your phone, build relationships with staff and residents, and help us tell the story of the exceptional care we provide every day. You will be the first dedicated person in this role at Cadia, and you will have the opportunity to build something meaningful.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google for all 5 buildings — creating content that shows families who we are and what makes us different
  • Own our online reputation — manage Google Business Profiles, respond to every review, and run a consistent process to generate new positive reviews at each facility
  • Create authentic short-form videos on your smartphone that highlight therapy outcomes, staff stories, resident activities, and what daily life looks like at our buildings
  • Monitor local Facebook community groups where families ask for rehab and nursing home recommendations and engage in a helpful, professional way
  • Coordinate with each building to support a warm, tour-ready environment — our online reputation brings families in; a great tour gets them to say yes
  • Send thank-you cards with QR codes to discharged patients to make leaving a review easy
  • Plan and promote Open House events to build community awareness before people need us
  • Manage our content system — coordinate with team members at each building to capture photos, stories, and updates every week
  • Build consistent, professional branding across all 5 buildings under the Cadia identity
  • Track results and deliver a monthly report to leadership covering ratings, reviews, growth, and content output

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • 3+ years of hands-on social media experience, ideally managing multiple accounts or locations
  • Demonstrated ability to create and edit short videos on a smartphone
  • Experience managing Google Business Profiles and generating online reviews
  • Strong writing skills — warm, professional, and adaptable across platforms
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel between facilities
  • Basic understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy in a healthcare setting

EDUCATION

A degree is not required. We care far more about your portfolio and real-world results than your diploma. If you have done this work and can show us, we want to hear from you.
