Position: Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Work Hours: Minimum of 40 hours following CST
Salary Range:
For PH candidates: 800-1000 USD
For LatAm candidates: 1,000 - 1,500 USD
For South African candidates: 800 - 1,200 USD
Includes 15 days of paid vacation per year

Duties and Responsibilities:
This is your chance to shape the social media presence of elite design professionals at a fast-growing startup. As the content lead, you’ll own all production processes, collaborating with video editors, videographers, and our Customer team to deliver exceptional results.
- Lead content production: Produce high-velocity, high-quality Instagram Stories, carousels, and portfolio content (images, videos) weekly, ensuring every asset embodies our clients’ luxury aesthetic and meets an uncompromising quality bar.
- Direct video production: Write precise editing notes and shotlists for our video team, guiding on-site shoots and post-production to deliver polished, brand-aligned videos.
- Anticipate trends: Immerse yourself in social media & design culture, spotting emerging trends and translating them into innovative content ideas that excite our clients and their audiences.
- Plan strategically: Proactively map out seasonal, holiday, and topical content to keep client feeds dynamic and relevant, always thinking two steps ahead.
- Sweat the details: QA captions, hashtags, and visuals with a meticulous eye, ensuring flawless execution and brand consistency.
Note that it's more of a creative-operations role; less PURE content, though 100% of their work will be focused on making sure content + captions is high quality, and doing research on what the best in class content is
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of experience in video editing and/or content creation.
- Diligence and attention to detail are second nature to you.
- Creativity flows through you – you can conceptualize video ideas without oversight.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple video projects at once.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with various tech systems and platforms.
- High-speed internet connection (ideally 150+ Mbps, but flexible).
- Device with at least an i5 processor or an M1 chip if using a MacBook.
NICE TO HAVE:
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest video trends, techniques, and technologies.
