They’re looking for a Designer to create high-performing Meta ads that look as good as they convert. You’ll translate creative direction into performance-driven ad suites—developing scalable systems that support testing, iteration, and visual consistency across placements. This is a hands-on execution role where you’ll work closely with performance and creative teams to ensure every asset feels visually sharp, strategically structured, and on-brand at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

  • Design Meta ads (static, motion, variants) that are both premium and performance-minded
  • Translate brand campaigns into scroll-stopping creative tailored to Meta placements
  • Develop modular templates and testing frameworks (hook, benefit, CTA, format)
  • Maintain a clean file pipeline and update assets based on performance feedback
  • Execute across ad ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) with consistent quality and polish
  • Execute clear, scalable creative systems that support iterative testing
  • Collaborate with performance and creative teams to evolve paid visual language

 

What You Need

  • 5+ years in paid social or digital performance design
  • Strong portfolio of Meta ads with proven engagement or conversion results
  • Expert-level graphic design skills with a premium visual aesthetic
  • Working knowledge of what performs across Meta placements (Stories, Reels, Feed)
  • Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Light Motion tools (After Effects, etc.)
  • Ability to balance data-driven iteration with brand consistency
  • Clear communicator who can organize creative assets for use and reuse

 

Salary & Perks

  • This is a full-time, long-term position. 
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
