Job Description

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts.
  • Engage with online communities and influencers to build relationships, expand brand reach, and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for social media campaigns, providing regular reports on engagement, growth, and other relevant insights.
  • Conduct research on competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  • Support the development of the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online channels.
  • Help manage and maintain the brand's social media content library and digital assets.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for each.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and style.
