The Social Media Advertising Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales for Triple Crown Corporation and Colonial Golf and Tennis Club.
Develop and implement creative advertisement strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Execute A/B and multivariant tests against copy, landing pages, headlines, creative, and report findings.
Keep up to date on the latest trends and forms of advertisement.
Monitor and adjust daily spend levels across all platforms while focusing on improving lead volume and cost-of-marketing.
Update performance metrics both daily and weekly, analyze campaign results, and report findings.
Develop visual assets for digital campaigns.
Attend regular meetings with Senior Marketing Director and website provider to collaborate on new content ideas.
Update company intranet and online calendar.
Analyze competitor marketing strategies by Keyword Research.
What we are looking for from you...
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or other related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management is required (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Strong copywriting skills to assure ads attract, engage, and convert
Willingness to continuously learn new social advertisement platforms
Strong analytical skills to quickly evaluate campaign performance and adjust accordingly
Experience in marketing for Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality is preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and other marketing programs
Someone who is creative!
