We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead how we position our platform, communicate its value to the market, and accelerate adoption across the diagnostic laboratory landscape. This is a strategic role at the intersection of software, data, and innovation—perfect for a marketer who’s fluent in ABx, skilled in applying AI to their craft, and ready to help shape the future of medicine.

About the Role
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we bring our solutions to market. You’ll define and execute the strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption to support and accelerate growth. In this role you will drive positioning, messaging, sales enablement, content creation, and GTM for our clinical vertical, which includes diagnostic labs at hospitals, health systems, and commercial laboratories.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll lead messaging, go-to-market campaigns, and sales enablement efforts that differentiate Proscia in a fast-evolving, AI-powered digital pathology landscape.

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in high-growth environments, knows how to translate complex technology into business value, and is fluent in account-based marketing strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product positioning and translate this to messaging that resonates at every stage of the buyer’s journey
  • Plan and execute GTM campaigns for new products and features 
  • Drive ABx-aligned strategy and execution in collaboration with sales and marketing
  • Apply AI tools and workflows to enhance content, research, and campaign development
  • Build high-impact persona-led enablement content aligned with the buyer’s journey
  • Deeply understand our market and customer needs—conducting research and gathering insights to inform messaging, roadmap, and GTM strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the clinical/healthcare or diagnostic laboratory market is required
  • Experience marketing B2B software products is required
  • Fluency in ABx and the role product marketing plays across implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI across product marketing workflows
  • Strong grasp of ICP development, persona design, and buyer journey mapping
  • Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Proscia’s mission and vision to rewire pathology for precision medicine
