We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead and inspire our multi-faceted marketing team. • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy for Marcom, marketing operations, digital marketing, web, and CRM.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals across different functions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
• Implement and optimize marketing technology platforms and tools to streamline marketing activities.
• Drive the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly web experience, optimizing for lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
• Develop CRM strategies to build customer loyalty and improve retention rates.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring ROI and continuous optimization.
• Maintain and enhance the brand's voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Travel up to 20% to support regional events, trade shows, client meetings, and marketing initiatives.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a digital marketing-focused role.
• Minimum of 8 years in a chemistry or analytical field.
