Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Business Operations & Analyst to join our data and marketing analytics team. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with strong data management skills to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will work with large datasets, develop reports and dashboards, and support marketing, sales, and executive teams through data-driven recommendations. Experience with SQL, marketing automation tools like Marketo, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and email marketing analytics is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Analyze business operations, industry trends, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support strategic planning and operational execution.
- Query data repositories using SQL and BI tools to produce standard and ad hoc reports for business units.
Marketing & Email Campaign Analytics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze email marketing campaigns, lead performance, and customer segmentation.
- Leverage Marketo and Salesforce to monitor and optimize lead scoring, routing, and campaign impact across channels.
- Assess marketing and sales funnel metrics to recommend improvements in campaign targeting and conversion.
Data Management & Reporting
- Manage and ensure the integrity of large datasets across internal systems.
- Develop and maintain processes for data cleaning, deduplication, validation, and enrichment.
- Create visually engaging dashboards and presentations that simplify complex findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to gather business requirements.
- Provide technical support and BI expertise to end-users for tools, reports, and systems.
- Maintain timely flow of business intelligence information to internal customers and executives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Masterβs degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, or other marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into strategic insights that drive decision-making.
