What You'll Do

  • Lead and optimize email marketing and nurturing workflows (marketing automation via HubSpot)
  • Support performance marketing initiatives and campaign tracking
  • Own marketing analytics and reporting, including performance insights and optimizations
  • Support and improve investor communications, including managing data and tracking key metrics
  • Updating marketing decks and investor handouts
  • Assisting with quarterly reports and IR-related outbound content
  • Plan and coordinate webinars, including behind-the-scenes execution and slide preparation
  • Oversee conference logistics: shipping, ordering, vendor coordination
  • Manage ongoing social media efforts


What You Need

  • Experience in private real estate, financial services, or related sectors
  • Exposure to HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms (strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing strategies and AI tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and a high attention to detail
  • 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced or highly regulated environment, ideally in private real estate or financial services
  • A results-driven marketing operator who owns outcomes, not just tasks
  • A HubSpot power user who builds and optimizes email workflows that convert
  • A performance marketing driver who supports campaigns with precision and urgency
  • The go-to authority for marketing analytics and reporting. You don’t just share numbers, you surface insights that drive decisions
  • A trusted partner in investor communications, ensuring every metric and message is accurate, timely, and impactful
  • Confidently managing and updating investor decks, handouts, and outbound content without handholding
  • A behind-the-scenes force for flawless webinars — from logistics to slides, you make it seamless
  • A logistics tactician who handles conference shipping, ordering, and vendor wrangling without breaking a sweat

  • This is a full-time, long-term position with benefits required by law.
  • The position is immediately available.
  • Remote in Colombia.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - Colombia Time Zone.
