For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager Digital Solutions and Innovation
Background of the project:
The background to the order is to optimize the customer experience in the area of eCare. The aim is to ensure seamless support across all channels, which convinces both with a high resolution rate and maximum customer satisfaction. At the same time, the digitization of the relevant customer processes is to be pushed forward stringently, among other things through the design and further development of a new navigation concept.
Specifications:
- Definition of the Epic Selfcare 360 degrees as part of feature planning as part of project management, including the replica of the old CMS structure in RAITT, with a focus on multisubscribers, solution rate and customer processes
- Blueprinting of all eCare features from the closed service area, usage monitor, billing and roaming usage from the Inlife Tribe, with a focus on the customer journey and comprehensive analysis of requirements
- Expert advice to the B2C sector in the definition, creation and evaluation of complex business and technical requirements, taking into account time, quality and budget
- Prioritize features and determine the implementation order
- Conception of a navigation structure for prepaid and postpaid
- Project-related consulting for the creation of a consistent implementation of the white label content for the various brands
- Consulting of the Epic Owner for Selfacre 360 degree view as part of the RAITT project
- Error analysis, testing, design and functional description of the future service offering within the framework of the RAITT project, in particular taking into account multisubscribers
- Reporting progress and identifying and solving challenges and problems
- Review and targeted adaptation of the Epic based on current requirements and progress
- Documenting processes using Jira and Confluence
