PIC is a growth-focused marketing agency that partners with marketing teams who want smart execution, clear communication, and measurable results. We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team with day-to-day coordination, client communication, and light marketing execution.


This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable writing and preparing client-ready materials, and energized by helping projects move from idea to execution—without owning overall strategy or performance. 

What You’ll Do 


Support Account Managers & Client Accounts 

  • Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client coordination, follow-ups, and task management across multiple accounts. 
  • Turn meeting discussions, emails, and internal direction into clear next steps and organized project plans. 
  • Help ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations stay aligned between clients and internal teams. 


Project Coordination & Ownership 

  • Manage defined projects or workstreams independently when appropriate, from kickoff through completion. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, SEO, paid media, content) to keep work moving forward smoothly. 
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies using tools like Asana and Harvest. 


Client Communication & Marketing Support 

  • Draft client-ready emails, updates, and campaign communications in HubSpot based on guidance from Account Managers or strategists. 
  • Prepare creative briefs, outlines, or first drafts for ads, landing pages, emails, or content initiatives based on an overarching campaign goal. 
  • Support campaign execution through QA, asset coordination, and preparationensuring work is polished before it reaches clients. 


Meetings, Documentation & Follow-Through 

  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and document action items for client and internal meetings. 
  • Attend select client meetings to support Account Managers and capture next steps (not to lead meetings or present strategy). 
  • Maintain organized documentation around scope, timelines, and deliverables. 


Process & Team Support 

  • Help maintain templates, checklists, and repeatable processes for common client work. 
  • Flag risks, missing inputs, or potential delays early so the team can adjust. 
  • Contribute ideas for improving workflows as PIC continues to grow and refine how we operate. 

 

This Role Is a Great Fit If You: 

  • Are highly organized and enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving work. 
  • Can take a few sentences of direction and turn them into clear, client-ready communication. 
  • Like supporting multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail. 
  • Are comfortable writing, coordinating, and QA-ing marketing materials - even if you’re not the strategist. 
  • Want exposure to client services, digital marketing, and agency operations. 
  • Don’t need to be the one leading meetings to feel ownership and impact. 

 

Experience & Skills We’re Looking For: 

  • Some experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, client services, or a related role (agency experience is a plus). 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, paid media, email marketing, content, and websites. 
  • Experience working with a variety of marketing tools and openness to learn more (Familiarity with HubSpot/CRMs, Wordpress/Shopify, GA4, and Asana are a plus). 
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort drafting professional, client-facing materials. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Comfort working in project management and marketing toolsor willingness to learn quickly. 
  • A proactive mindset and strong follow-through. 

 

Growth & Development 

This role offers hands-on exposure to client work, marketing execution, and internal operations. Over time, responsibilities may expand based on interests and performance—whether toward deeper project ownership, marketing specialization, or future account management opportunities.
