Job Summary
The Product Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of marketing strategies for Core Business Automation – Product Marketing Components, with a strong focus on new product introductions, sales enablement, digital promotion, pricing, and competitive positioning. This individual contributor role reports to the Supervisor Product Marketing – Automation Components and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and distribution partners to drive awareness and adoption of products with the Networking Components portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Supervisor Product Marketing in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for assigned product lines.
- Plan, execute, and manage targeted marketing campaigns that drive product visibility and engagement across digital platforms, social media, and GTM channels.
- Coordinate and support new product introductions, ensuring timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools such as product briefs, presentations, brochures, and digital assets to support sales efforts.
- Design and execute digital promotional strategies that enhance product visibility through online advertising, partner websites, and digital product features.
- Lead efforts in social media marketing to build brand and product awareness across platforms.
- Deliver product training to internal teams, distributors, and customers, focusing on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Conduct competitive research to monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to guide product development, positioning, and strategy.
- Drive pricing and quotation activities by setting competitive pricing structures, analyzing market trends, and reviewing special pricing requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events focusing on lead generation activities.
- Maintain strong communication and working relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Headquarters’ Business Units, Core Business Automation Product, and local sales teams.
- Demonstrate initiative by understanding what actions need to be taken and completing the required tasks while seeking the perspective of others as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering degree preferred or equivalent technical work experience.
- Experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and digital marketing within a B2B environment.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts in automation and electronics and convert them into engaging marketing content for diverse audiences.
- Ability to conduct market and competitive research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with analog and I/O components used in industrial automation systems, such as signal conditioners, analog input/output modules, and sensors preferred.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Job Functions
- 10–20% travel required, including occasional overseas travel.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods (2–4 hours at a time).
- Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time).
- Must be able to travel via automobile, train, or plane for up to 10 hours.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
- Regular and on-time attendance.
