About the Role 

This role is fully on-site in Philadelphia! We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help bring our story, equipment, and legacy to life across channels.  

You will lead the development of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts for new products and product improvements across our full range of Pilates apparatus, working closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations.
You’ll provide customer insights that will inform and inspire new products and product improvements.
 

This role quarterbacks many cross-functional programs and projects and is the on-site team lead for Marketing, joining a (now) three-person marketing team, currently comprised of a Marketing Associate, Ecommerce Manager, and Head of Marketing. 

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves building products and go-to-market plans that delight customers. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and coordinate product improvement programs and new products development and ensure quality launch execution. 
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new products, limited releases, and updates to existing apparatus 
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with the Classical Pilates community 
  • Develop and launch new programs to drive growth globally 
  • Review and approval of marketing materials and campaigns to ensure they are on-brand and informed by Classical Pilates ethos and insights; contribute to content development as needed 
  • Work with instructors, teacher trainers, and partners to tell authentic product stories that help grow the business 
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to translate customer insights into improvements 
  • Analyze performance of campaigns and continuously optimize clarity and conversion 

 

Requirements 

  • 7
    years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related field
     
  • 3 years experience
    in manufacturing and/or physical goods
     
  • Growth mindset, able and willing to learn and master Classical Pilates  
  • Understanding of when and how to leverage AI tools in team workflow to drive speed and quality 
  • Excellent writing skills and an intuitive grasp of storytelling and product positioning 
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, technical, and operations teams 
  • Strong attention to detail and deep respect for brand integrity 

Classical Pilates experience is beneficial but not .
