Job Title: Product Marketing Expert
Location: Newtown Square, PA

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Product Marketing Expert at our Newtown Square, PA location to Provide in-depth business performance insight to drive strategic product marketing and planning.
Expectations and Tasks:
Leverage data driven quantitative methods for KPIs, historical trends and future projection. Liasson across organization teams for holistic view. Continuously track products and portfolio for identifying growth opportunities. Track total addressable market, competitive forces, adoption trends, consumption, retention, customer feedback, etc. to help optimize the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to trial to purchase to productive use. Define business requirements to achieve data reporting and automations for supporting strategic goals with required stakeholders across marketing, sales, and engineering. Project Management responsibilities that include defining projects, producing reports and presentations to executive management, leading projects that span multiple individuals and interdisciplinary teams and require cross org alignment. Advise monetization process and strategy by helping define packaging and licensing plans based on business performance insights and targets. Support commercial process as part of product marketing functions.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
Analyzing and problem-solving to drive strategic business decisions;
Advanced excel modeling running quantitative analysis;
Presenting complex topics to senior-level audiences and executives;
Project management including defining process and leading interdisciplinary teams across functions and levels;
Performing market research, staying on current on market trends, identifying customer needs and translating insights to recommendation; and
Driving change management for devising and supporting growth strategies.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $136,011 - $205,955. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $142,500 - $242,300. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
