We are seeking a motivated Product Associate Intern to join our Product Management Team. Ideally, we are looking for a senior currently pursuing their Bachelor's degree or Grad student that can work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. If this does not work with your schedule we can do 3 days a week from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This position is an onsite from our Jessup, Pennsylvania location. We need someone to commit to at least this semester, winter break and spring semester.

 

In this role, you will help manage and improve our product detail pages (PDPs) in Shopify, ensuring our online product presentation is accurate, compelling, and customer friendly. Working directly with the Product Management Team and alongside our warehouse operations, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the digital shopping experience.

 

This is an on-site internship in our Pennsylvania warehouse, providing direct exposure to both product operations and digital merchandising.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product detail pages (PDPs) in Shopify, including descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure all product content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Assist in analyzing and improving PDP layouts, usability, and overall presentation.
  • Support cross-functional efforts to launch new products and keep existing product information up to date.
  • Conduct quality checks on PDPs to ensure content accuracy and functionality.
  • Assist cross-functional teams by answering general questions on products from sales, customer service, and purchasing.
  • Request and coordinate product images from the graphics team.
  • Learn and apply best practices in e-commerce merchandising and product management.

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required)-  preferably graduating in May as this role could turn into full-time. 
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new tools and processes (Shopify experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with product and warehouse teams.
  • Interest in e-commerce, retail, or digital product management.
