Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategically minded Product Marketing Associate to support the marketing team in driving the success of our antibody product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who understands life science markets and is eager to bridge product strategy with customer-centric marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will help identify market opportunities, support go-to-market efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow product awareness and adoption.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with R&D and sales to gather product feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns and messaging strategies aligned with product goals.
  • Work with the marketing team to create collateral, digital content, and promotional material for antibody products.
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, trade show presence, webinars, and customer outreach efforts.
  • Support the creation of user documentation and sales tools, ensuring clear communication of product benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify high-impact products that require updated messaging, improved validation, or enhanced promotional focus.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and assist sales and marketing teams in creating compelling messaging.
  • Serve as a key scientific resource for the marketing team, ensuring accuracy and relevance in product communications and customer-facing materials.
  • Support product validation initiatives by coordinating internal data reviews, identifying gaps, and assisting in efforts to strengthen technical claims through collaboration with R&D, support, and customer feedback.

 

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years experience in marketing, product management, or a scientific related position in the life sciences industry preferred.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems with limited supervision.
  • Productive and efficient in planning and executing work.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with antibody products and life sciences market landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
