Job Title: Portfolio Marketing Coordinator – POST Hub
Location: Bethlehem, PA (In-office)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Reports To: General Manager
POST Hub is our centralized support team that helps our on-site teams execute consistently and professionally across a ~3,500-unit managed multifamily portfolio. We’re hiring a Portfolio Marketing Coordinator to standardize and maintain branding, photography, online listings, social content, websites (via vendor), and reputation monitoring across all communities.
Portfolio Brand Standards
Own and maintain brand consistency across communities (tone, templates, photography standards, listing structure).
Audit marketing presence across channels to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.
Photography & Asset Library (Initial Priority)
Establish photo standards and shot lists by property and unit type.
Coordinate on-site photo collection and a refresh cadence with Community Managers.
Maintain an organized portfolio photo/asset library for easy use by sites and vendors.
Listings, Messaging & Advertising
Write and maintain high-quality property and unit descriptions (value props, amenities, neighborhood highlights).
Support ad setup and creative standards (templates, Canva assets, messaging consistency).
Social Media
Build a scalable social content process across the portfolio (calendar, templates, coordination with site teams).
Gather and produce on-brand content that highlights each community.
Websites (Vendor Coordination)
Coordinate with a third-party web provider to launch/refresh websites—starting with the largest communities, expanding portfolio-wide.
Manage content, images, approvals, and update to keep sites accurate and current.
Reputation & Ratings Monitoring
Monitor reviews/ratings across platforms (Google and major rental channels).
Coordinate response workflows and escalation, and report trends and recurring issues to leadership.
Portfolio photo standards in place + organized photo library.
Cleaner, consistent listings across major channels.
Repeatable social process (calendar + templates + site coordination).
Reputation monitoring cadence with clear reporting and response workflows.
2+ years in marketing coordination, content coordination, or property/real estate marketing.
Strong writing/editing skills and high attention to detail.
Comfortable coordinating across multiple sites, priorities, and deadlines.
Proficiency with tools like Canva/Adobe, Google Workspace/Microsoft, and social scheduling tools.
Bonus: experience with multifamily marketing/ILS listings, review management, and photo workflow tools.
