Photography Studio Manager & Client Experience Director
The Role
Lead a talented creative team and deliver five-star experiences at our fine art portrait studios in Harleysville & West Lawn, PA. This unique role blends studio management and leadership with client services and luxury sales.
You’ll adapt to diverse client needs — from affluent families expecting concierge-level service to aspirational buyers investing in their dream portrait — and ensure every client feels inspired and supported. At the same time, you’ll balance creative vision with business success, keeping the studio profitable, efficient, and inspiring.
Our core audience is women in their 30s to 60s, who often seek guidance on hair, makeup, wardrobe, and styling tips for family portraits and upscale boudoir photo shoots. Providing comfort, empathy, and knowledgeable advice is essential to building trust and creating memorable experiences. In addition, many of our clients are navigating difficult times related to the health of a beloved family member or pet. Having your own pet and sharing real-life experiences helps create genuine connections and allows clients to feel truly understood.
