Position: Office Manager & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Wexford, PA, 15090
Position Description:
• Supervised by more senior executives/partners, this professional will be responsible for assisting with all internal and general office operations, including information systems to related to contact management, reporting/compliance, including assistance with marketing initiatives, board meetings, capital calls and potential some general bookkeeping, along with deal binder checklists and organization.
• This position is responsible for the administration of the central office, including, but not limited to answering phones, maintaining organized files, scheduling meetings for the partners and company staff, and the overall coordination of general office administration, supplies and some HR administrative functions.
• This position will assist with vendor management and relations.
• In addition, this position will be responsible for drafting memos, letters, and other correspondence and will assist in the creation of internal and external marketing materials and/or presentation books.
• This position will interact with internal and/or external executives and management, investors, advisory board member and prospects, and “wear’s many hats”.
Position Requirements:
• The position requires equivalent work experience of at least four years
• Highly motivated for new challenges and an approachable, upbeat personality with good organizational skills.
• Microsoft applications including Excel; Salesforce CRM; Powerpoint
• Comfortable with announcements systems like Hubspot
