Description

As a Metrics & Digitalization Leader you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives within the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) function. This role focuses on leveraging technology, data analytics, and system integration to improve performance, ensure compliance, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work out of the Fombell, PA location and report to the Sr. Manager of HSE Systems.

The Metrics & Digitalization Manager is responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives within the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) function. This role focuses on leveraging technology, data analytics, and system integration to improve performance, ensure compliance, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. 

Digitalization and Metrics Leader reports directly to the Sr. Manager of HSE Management Systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and implement HSE digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategy 
  • Evaluate, select, and deploy HSE software platforms and digital tools 
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes 
  • Drive innovation by utilizing emerging technologies (e.g., analytics platforms, automation tools) Schedule, staff, and coordinate audits for HSEMS and PSM across multiple sites. 
  • Develop and maintain HSE management systems aligned with recognized standards (e.g., RC14001) 
  • Lead internal and external audits related to HSE systems and digital tools 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data insights, audit findings, and performance trends 
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize effectiveness 
  • Partner with the Lean Six Sigma and digitalization teams for overall digital strategy
  • Maintain documentation and governance structures for HSE systems and digital platforms 
  • Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews 


Qualifications

MUST HAVE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE, auditing, or systems management. 
  • Strong understanding of HSEMS, and RC 14001 standards and requirements. 
  • Proficiency with incident and data management platforms (Intelex, Facilex, or comparable systems). 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

This role will require 10% travel. 

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $92428k-$115,536K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
