Brandywine Global is seeking a Marketing Support Associate. This individual will combine strong writing and editing skills with diverse investment knowledge and marketing acumen to support the completion of requests for proposal, as well as other marketing related activities and materials. The role includes completion of complex, customized RFPs and due diligence questionnaires, maintenance of third-party databases, and assistance with client and prospect communications. The responsibilities will require the development of productive working relationships with various teams throughout the firm including Investment teams, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance.
This position requires an individual who possesses the personal attributes and the professional experience consistent with the Firm’s high standards of conduct and performance. In performing the job, the individual must demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company core values including:
Coordinate and complete RFPs, questionnaires, and other marketing requests ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses
Collaborate with all departments of the firm on the completion of marketing and client service requests
Maintenance of accurate, up-to-date responses and materials within our various content management systems
Help maintain third party databases such as Evestment and other consultant databases
Work with senior members of the team to support marketing assets and other health of business reports.
Work closely with Brandywine Global Legal and Compliance to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong interpersonal communications skills that encourage teamwork and a professional environment
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
Experience in investment management across various asset classes, geographies, and distribution channels
Strong understanding of fixed income and equity investing with interest in macroeconomics and geopolitics
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with Qvidian, Seismic, Loopio or Evestment are a plus
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce are a plus
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or equivalent experience.
1-4 years relevant experience in the investment management industry including RFP and marketing content experience preferred

The salary range for this position is targeted for $70,000 to $80,000, plus bonus. Base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience
