Marketing Summer Internship

PITT OHIO, a $900 million, high service, highly profitable, transportation solutions provider offering SUPPLY CHAIN, GROUND, LTL and TRUCKLOAD services is seeking a Marketing Internship. This internship position is located at our corporate headquarters in the Strip District area of Pittsburgh, PA.

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Help with the creation, editing, and distribution of the company newsletter to keep our audience informed and engaged.
• Inside Sales responsibilites
• Design and develop eye-catching advertisements for various marketing campaigns.
• Provide assistance to the marketing team on various projects and tasks as needed.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Marketing or a related field
• Minimum GPA of at least 3.0
• Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior level college student
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe)
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail is a must
• Must be able to work independently and function as part of a team
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of internal and external customers
• Must be able to demonstrate creativity
• Ability to remain flexible/adaptable and excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
