professionalism. We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to help fuel our growth,
elevate our brand and make an impact on a national scale.
The Role
As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting new property owners and
building TCS Management's reputation across digital channels. You will blend creativity with
analytics to develop campaigns that generate real results in the property management space.
Your Responsibilities
? Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate leads
from prospective property owners and tenants
? Manage and maintain our CRM, pipelines, and marketing automation workflows in
HubSpot and AppFolio
? Design professional, on-brand marketing materials — including promotional graphics,
brochures, pitch decks and social assets — using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
? Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, etc.) to grow brand awareness and community engagement
? Write compelling content for email campaigns, blog posts, and website pages
? Implement SEO/SEM best practices to improve organic search visibility for our
properties and services
? Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics,
providing data-driven recommendations to leadership
? Support sales efforts nationally by creating effective marketing collateral for attracting
new clients in areas we serve
? Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Required Qualifications
? 5+ years of experience in a marketing role (property management or real estate
experience a plus)
? Hands-on experience with campaign setup, management, and optimization, preferably with Google Ads (AdWords)
? Proficiency in HubSpot — CRM, email marketing, and/or marketing automation
? Strong design skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or
InDesign)
? Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing audience engagement
? Excellent content writing skills — clear, persuasive, and professional
? Solid understanding of SEO/SEM strategy and tools
? Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategy
Preferred Qualifications
? Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry
? Experience with email marketing best practices and A/B testing
