Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing communications that support engagement and growth within Payroc’s indirect sales channel.  
 
This role plays a key part in delivering targeted campaigns, partner-facing communications, and sales enablement resources that help partners effectively position and sell Payroc’s solutions. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing Operations teams, the Marketing Specialist ensures that campaigns are executed efficiently, communications are clear and timely, and partners have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed.
 
This is an execution-focused role that supports campaign delivery, communication strategy, partner enablement, and field marketing coordination within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
    • Execute email marketing, nurture campaigns, and digital outreach initiatives focused on partner engagement and recruiting
    • Support campaign builds, including emails, landing pages, and workflows
    • Monitor campaign timelines and ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Partner Communications Management
    • Develop and manage partner-facing communications, including newsletters, program updates, policy changes, and time-sensitive announcements
    • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business priorities
    • Ensure clear, concise, and effective messaging tailored to the indirect channel audience 
  • Sales Enablement Support
    • Maintain and update sales enablement materials to support partners, including sales sheets, presentations, and campaign assets
    • Ensure partners have access to current, relevant materials that support product positioning and sales conversations
    • Assist in fulfilling external marketing and enablement requests from partners 
  • Field Marketing & Tradeshow Coordination
    • Coordinate marketing support for tradeshows and industry events, including asset preparation, logistics, and alignment with Business Development Executives (BDEs)
    • Support pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up communications to maximize engagement and impact
    • Ensure sales teams are equipped with the appropriate materials and messaging for events 
  • Social Media & Awareness Campaign Support
    • Coordinate social media content to support partner recruiting and business development awareness initiatives
    • Align content with campaign themes, promotions, and sales priorities
    • Support execution of paid and organic media campaigns to increase visibility and engagement 
  • Marketing Automation & Campaign Support
    • Support the execution of marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, and engagement tracking using platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools
    • Assist in maintaining campaign tracking and reporting accuracy
  • Sales Funnel & Engagement Support
    • Track campaign performance and engagement metrics to support ongoing optimization efforts
    • Assist in refining nurture campaigns and communication strategies to improve partner engagement and activation
  • Content & Product Messaging Support
    • Support the development and execution of messaging that clearly communicates Payroc’s product offerings and value proposition
    • Ensure messaging is consistent across campaigns, communications, and sales enablement materials
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing Operations teams to support campaign execution and communication delivery
    • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverables 
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in campaign execution, marketing communications, or sales support roles 
  • Experience in the payments industry, financial technology, merchant services, or a related field strongly preferred 
  • Experience working in a business-to-business environment required 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Hubspot, Monday.com (or similar) Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 
Working Conditions
  • Extensive desk-based work involving prolonged periods using a computer and sitting for extended periods.
  • Frequent interaction with team members, leaders, subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to support learning intake, coordination, and project execution.
