JOB SCOPE:
The Senior Manager, Marketing is responsible for supporting and executing the marketing for Kenmore and DieHard to drive brand awareness, purchase, and loyalty.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Marketing supports the Director of Marketing in executing initiatives across branded content, channel marketing, event management, performance marketing and analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM). This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, capable of driving brand growth through a multi-channel approach.

Director, Marketing
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leads the strategic collaboration with external marketing agencies to ensure performance marketing campaigns are aligned with broader business goals, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ROI optimization
  • Utilizes data-driven insights and internal performance benchmarks to inform agency direction and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manages and executes social media content strategy, including scheduling and publishing across relevant platforms, with a focus on maximizing audience engagement and reach. Analyzes post-performance metrics to identify trends and refine content planning and platform strategies accordingly
  • Owns the brand blog content calendar and publishing workflow, ensuring all content aligns with SEO best practices, brand voice, and campaign objectives. Works cross-functionally to source compelling content and optimize publication timing for maximum visibility and traffic
  • Drives earned media strategy by proactively managing Public Relations agency partnerships, identifying timely and strategic opportunities for brand and product features, and overseeing the coordination of media interviews and thought leadership

  • Project manages the execution of brand-building initiatives, serving as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and PR agencies. Ensures all initiatives are executed on-time, within budget, and aligned with brand positioning and messaging
  • Partners closely with the Director of Marketing to analyze marketing performance, interpret key metrics across digital and traditional channels, and generate insights that drive informed decision-making
  • Leads the planning and execution of cross-functional brand experiences, including trade shows, press events, and brand activations. Oversees event strategy, creative development, logistics, and post-event analysis

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-4 years of related experience
  • Up to 25% travel
  • 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing; experience in Paid Media or Agency Management preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Innovative thinker with a can-do attitude and the ability to drive projects to completion

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects from concept to completion
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with external agencies (media, creative, PR, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, particularly across paid social, search, and display platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
