Marketing & Sales Counselor - Senior Living / CCRC
Pennswood Village is a Quaker-inspired Life Plan Community (CCRC) in Newtown, Pennsylvania, where older adults live with purpose, dignity, and a deep sense of belonging. We are looking for an experienced marketing and sales professional to guide prospective residents and their families through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives—choosing Pennswood as their home. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people find their next chapter.
This role is designed for a sales professional with a proven track record of building trusted relationships in settings where service excellence and attention to detail are paramount. Many of the clients we serve take time to evaluate their options carefully and expect clear communication, professionalism, and a well-managed experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Guide prospective residents through the discovery, decision, and move-in journey using a prospect-centered selling approach.
- Build credibility and lasting relationships with discerning prospects and their adult children, identifying their needs and presenting Pennswood as the right solution.
- Conduct community tours, personal consultations, and timely follow-up that reflect the Pennswood standard of care.
- Manage a personal pipeline of leads in the community's CRM, advancing relationships from first inquiry to a confident commitment.
- Meet and exceed established sales and occupancy goals, contributing directly to community census.
- Plan and host engaging on-campus events and presentations for prospects and families, serving as an ambassador for the Pennswood brand.
- Partner with colleagues across the community to ensure each new resident's transition is seamless and welcoming.
