Job Summary: Marketing Referral Relationship Specialist
The Referral Relationship Specialist's primary role is to create and foster relationships in the community with referring dentist practices, its team members, and patients to generate surgery referrals to our affiliate practices. In this role you will be the "face of the brand" and represent the local Frontline practices and Implant Surgeons.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with all current and potential affiliate offices through networking, office visits, educational events, and community events
Prospect, contact, visit, and partner with new and potential affiliate offices
Foster and cultivate a professional relationship with referral providers
Relay and successfully mitigate difficult situations if they arise between the referral provider and Frontline providers
Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in services to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment (Referral patients only)
Present to doctors or prospective patients in a classroom setting to a medium-sized crowds (Seminars/ Lunch & Learns)
Ability to educate referral doctors and team members throughout the entire process, guide them through lab processes and final prosthesis placement. This ensures that we deliver the best experience and result for the referring doctorβs patients
Be the liaison between Frontline Affiliate office, referral doctors' practices, Marketing, and Operations leadership to communicate accurate and updated practice information, as well as patient information
Schedule and direct seminars, be the direct contact with all advertising channels/methods, vendors, and guest speakers for seminars
Actively participate in seminars and webinar marketing efforts to increase lead generation
Schedule referral doctor's patients, educate and ensure they will return to restorative dentist when applicable
Educate and ensure that all team members in the office understand the full arch procedure and entire process from surgery to restorative completion
Maintain excel sheets and update Salesforce
Schedule, plan, and host events that will increase referral pipelines (meet & greets)
Attend referral doctors' events and/or volunteer at events that they host (open houses)
Work with Marketing Dept and practice teams to develop strategies to increase referral network

Excellent verbal, written, and consulting skills with ability to present in small or large group settings
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to self-motivate and self-manage
Time management skills and organizational skills are key to success in this role
Outgoing personality that is not afraid to approach new people and unfamiliar environments to foster new relationships. Must be able to be told no without being discouraged.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required
Must have flexibility with schedule to attend events that occasionally occur evenings and weekends
Ability to travel for training during orientation
MS Office knowledge and experience with applications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Sales experience is helpful
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 50 pounds
