Marketing/PR Internship - Spring 2026

The Spring 2026 Marketing/PR Internship is a paid educational opportunity for individuals interested in Marketing, Brand, PR, Social Media, or Hospitality Management seeking to fulfill their school's experiential educational requirements. We are seeking to fill a key role in our Marketing and PR department that is responsible for providing administrative support to the department. The Intern will assist with marketing, social media, brand, PR, advertising campaign execution, departmental projects, and resort promotions as needed. The internship will begin in early February and run until the end of April.

Essential Functions:

• • Assist the Marketing/Brand Managers and Director of PR/Marketing as needed
  • Responsible for Daily Mail / UPS Runs
  • Responsible for the preparation and distribution of the resort-wide communication collateral
  • Assists with resort-wide signage
  • Assist all members of the PR/Marketing Team with any duty necessary to maintain consistency and efficiency for the Resort
  • Assist with planning and communicating group sales collateral and digital materials to sales managers
  • Assist the Marketing team with proofing various collateral pieces
  • Basic Administrative duties including, but not limited to, telephone communication, filing, etc.
  • Assist with email sends and website updates
  • Sort and organize photos and other marketing collateral at the direction of the brand team
  • Create decks and presentations in Pitch.com for use by other resort departments
  • Assist with graphic design and layout when necessary
  • Collaborate with marketing team on digital marketing campaigns and social media
  • Assist the marketing team with images and content for Team Nemacolin
  • Assist the department and resort with special tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship.
• A minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• 2nd or 3rd-year student in an accredited collegiate Marketing other related discipline
• 1-2 yrs Marketing experience, either through school or professional experience
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher)
• Must have the ability to speak English fluently.
